Automated Care Management System
We are proud to have successfully replaced our paper records with an excellent bespoke software solutions for the recording of our service users’ care information.
This digital transformation aligns neatly with the DHSC’s Digital Social Care Record initiatives. Our care management system not only allows us to digitally record the care information and the care received by our services users, but it also provides a comprehensive and robust software suite for the entire operational management systems for our care services. We can provide real time reports and the transmission of care records, with the potential to enable access to these records for appropriate relatives, GPs, Social Services and NHS clinicians.
The system now enables us to enhance health care delivery, monitoring, and management of care, with the records being securely and safely maintained. Operationally, it provides outstanding executive management oversight of the various key performance indicators, care governance and risk management. It facilitates effective care decision making, resource efficiencies, privacy, and security of sensitive data management.
The system, as built, sets the platform for future integration of smart technologies, the capabilities to integrate with other existing health and social care systems for seamless data exchange and the incorporation of other aspects of social care economies, such as home care, community outreach, day care services, etc.
